**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement business plans to increase sales and market share
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify business opportunities
  • Negotiate with distributors, prospects, and internal stakeholders to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing strategies to promote Continental's products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide technical advice and product training to customers and internal teams
  • Manage and track sales and marketing budgets and expenses
