Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at North American Production Sharing De México. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer material requirements and respond to changes in a timely manner
- Enter and review customer purchase requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of materials
- Manage distribution documents to ensure efficient delivery of customer materials
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Generate and send quote requests to suppliers, follow up on responses, and coordinate raw material ordering
- Review incoming orders to determine if raw materials need to be ordered and initiate purchase orders as necessary
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
Requirements:
- College degree
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with ERP system experience a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- Experience in the automotive industry
