About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process flows and documentation to support contracting workflows

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of experience in an operations environment in technology-based companies, focusing on technology-based customers and agreements
  • Program management experience working with external partners, vendors, and creators
  • Problem-solving experience, combined with business judgment and an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with sales, internal departments, and operational teams
