Cloud Technical Account Manager

Are you passionate about helping customers achieve their goals in the cloud? Do you have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills? We're looking for a Cloud Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Cloud Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our enterprise customers, providing technical guidance and support to help them get the most out of our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our enterprise customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and technologies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a cloud computing environment
  • Strong technical background in areas such as infrastructure, systems administration, networking, or DevOps
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
