Role Overview

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing incoming calls and emails with professionalism.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and requests to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Escalating customer feedback as necessary.
  • Developing and nurturing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
  • Meeting monthly sales targets by identifying and cultivating new customer relationships.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Coordinating follow-ups before and after sales.
  • Consistently achieving and surpassing weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular insights on competitors.
  • Identifying new business development opportunities through lead follow-ups and research on target clients.
  • Generating new business by engaging potential clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to secure new business opportunities.
  • Fostering strong relationships with the existing client portfolio.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Customer Service role, preferably within the Staffing or Executive Search sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at networking and building relationships.
  • A collaborative team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in handling numerical data.
