Job Title: Business Development Representative for LATAM Retail

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in LATAM. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to provide information on products, promotions, and seminars.
  • Use independent judgment to qualify and validate inbound and outbound leads via the phone, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Actively participate in the innovation of new techniques and strategies for marketing Blue Yonder products to secure new accounts.
  • Collect and analyze potential customers' financial information, critical business processes, and system needs to make recommendations on appropriate product and services options.
  • Participate in the first portion of the sales cycle by building relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts.
  • Use independent judgment to create, analyze, and execute pre-packaged multi-part marketing and lead-generation programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years inside/outside sales experience with a proven track record of exceptional opportunity generation results.
  • Personable, outgoing, helpful, and able to initiate conversation and communications in an engaging manner.
  • Experience working in a team sales environment.
  • Knowledge of SFA/CRM/Contact Manager software required; experience with a plus.
  • Retail or Supply Chain experience.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimal travel required.
