Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring business growth and achieving targets such as sales, margins, market share and customer satisfaction. They will lead a country team and implement strategies derived from the overall business strategy, driving integrated commercial success and organizational performance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a customer-focused operations strategy to drive business growth and market share.
  • Accountable for a sustainable and effective value-chain, from Customer to Supplier and from Order to Delivery (Products, Projects & Service).
  • Responsible for achieving assigned order intake, margin, and related objectives across the regional Business Lines portfolio.
  • Drive evaluation of potential new and existing markets and their needs, ensuring proactive sales approach with a focus on solutions.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and act on customer expectations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Solutions Execution Centers Leader and organization to ensure all operations aspects are duly met across the region HSE, Integrity and risk management.
  • Execute the sales operation and pricing activities across the region.

About You

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 to 10 years of commercial leadership experience with direct management of large sales and marketing teams preferably in system business and knowledge in product business.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the design and execution of commercial plans and strategies.
  • Proven track record in designing and deploying marketing strategies and/or leading and closing large sales deals.
  • Ability to lead teams effectively, including geographically remote teams.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills and senior executive presence.
  • Fluency in English.

What We Offer

ABB offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
