Our network includes 2,400 tutors and consultants who work with over 20,000 students across 28 markets globally.
The Role
We are looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for incoming leads and potential clients. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth customer experience across our various programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and qualifying inbound leads to ensure a seamless transition to our sales process
- Providing resources to leads to inform them of opportunities with Crimson Global Academy
- Working closely with our high-performing team to deliver exceptional service to potential students
Main Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Making calls and responding to enquiries from leads to qualify them for our sales processes
- Updating records and tracking lead movements in our CRM system, Salesforce
- Scheduling meetings between leads and our Academic Advisors and Country Manager
- Planning and running local events to increase brand awareness for Crimson Global Academy
- Establishing and maintaining positive customer interactions and relationships
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficient English language skills (spoken and written)
- Experience in Customer Service or Customer Success
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Professionalism, time management, and stress management
- Confidence and a positive attitude
