Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs for our marketing, commercial, sales, and medical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Map annual training plans for marketing, commercial, sales, and medical teams.
- Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house).
- Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes).
- Gather and process feedback from trainers and trainees after each training/virtual training session.
- Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques.
- Design, prepare, and order educational aids and materials.
- Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills.
- Partner with local, regional, and global stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
Requirements
- Graduation in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related areas.
- Expertise in Office package.
- Previous experience in training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs, and e-learning.
- Experience with different projects, like management training and soft-skills development.
- On complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate).
- Working with instructors, equipment, and educational material requirements.
- Fluency in English.
