The primary role of the Program Manager is to facilitate the conversion and retention of students interested in international study programs within their designated portfolio. This involves providing support to enrolled participants regarding program-related inquiries, application processes, and various tasks, ensuring that each student feels valued and supported as they prepare for their study abroad experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement best practices to guide and assist students from the application stage through to their departure.

- Analyze metrics related to acceptance rates and withdrawal statistics for each program location.

- Maintain regular communication through phone and email, delivering exceptional customer service.

- Assess the eligibility of student applications for assigned locations by reviewing submitted materials.

- Provide expert advice on all program components, including city life, academic offerings, housing options, visa requirements, and budgeting.

- Oversee course pre-registration forms, manage placement exams, and maintain relevant course documentation.

- Curate content for the online orientation tailored to each program location.

- Assist with visa application processes for students requiring Spanish visas.

- Prepare the Arrival Guide, which serves as the final packet for students prior to their departure.

- Summarize program evaluations and collaborate with the Regional Manager and Geographic Oversight to determine follow-up actions.

- Respond promptly and professionally to communications from parents, students, and advisors, including any incident reports involving students.

- Serve as an on-call staff member for approximately one week each year.

- Demonstrate flexibility by taking on new responsibilities, program locations, and projects as directed by management to adapt to changing enrollment needs.

- Participate in domestic travel opportunities to support recruitment and orientation initiatives at universities.
