About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Global Service Center team in Mexico. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end customer experience, ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer agreements.
  • Own and resolve customer issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders to find timely and effective solutions.
  • Handle inbound customer queries and cases, providing professional and timely responses.
  • Identify root causes of issues and advise management on potential service failures and trends.
  • Drive continuous improvement opportunities and cost reduction initiatives.
Requirements
  • Recent college graduates in Business Administration and International Trade, or experience in Ocean Logistics, Landside transportation, or Customer Experience – Contact Center.
  • Proficient in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to multi-task and work with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Customer-centricity and service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conflict resolution, problem-solving, and persuasion skills.
