About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our team in the LATAM region, focusing on small accounts in Mexico with high potential for growth. The ideal candidate will maintain and grow customer relationships, hitting sales targets, conducting product demos, managing the sales process, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels.
- Act as liaison between sales support and customers to provide exceptional service and solutions.
- Evaluate existing relationships, grow, and expand relationships, create a territory plan, and execute against that strategy.
- Call on existing customers to secure appointments and gather information on their needs.
- Position and demonstrate the value of our products to address their business issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by managing customer objections, setting realistic expectations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and closing sales.
Requirements
- Previous professional experience in client portfolio management and solution sales, preferably in data or technology companies.
- Advanced or fluent English language skills.
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to build influential relationships and partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
- College or university degree in Industrial Engineering or Management or equivalent work experience.
