Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our Global IT Team at Wyndham Destinations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal staff and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 support through various business interactions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 teams to resolve complex incidents and meet service level agreements.
  • Develop and maintain IT procedures for training purposes, ensuring knowledge base management is up-to-date.
  • Provide remote IT training for new and current staff and systems, ensuring seamless onboarding and upskilling.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by the Service Desk Manager, ensuring all tasks are documented and closed correctly.
  • Display a Count On Me service to all internal and external parties, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bi-lingual fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Impeccable client manner and Count on Me work ethic.
  • IT skills experience preferred but not essential.
  • A hands-on, problem-solving, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work productively in a fast-paced, high-growth, and changing environment.
  • Contact center experience in a team environment, working to tight deadlines.
  • Microsoft Certification and/or training highly regarded but not essential.
  • Availability to work local public holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Agile and adaptable.
