Transforming the Vacation Experience

At Wyndham Destinations, our mission is to deliver exceptional vacation experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. As a key member of our Global Service Desk Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of leisure travel by providing top-notch support to our internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24/7/365 Level 1 support to internal staff, resolving incidents within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 teams to ensure seamless incident management.
  • Develop and maintain IT procedures for training purposes, contributing to our Knowledge Base Management.
  • Deliver remote IT training to new and current staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Work on special projects assigned by the Service Desk Manager, ensuring all tasks are documented and closed correctly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A committed team player with a strong work ethic, taking ownership of all tasks assigned.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Impeccable client manner and a Count On Me service attitude.
  • IT skills experience preferred but not essential.
  • A hands-on, problem-solving, can-do attitude, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work productively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, including shift work and after-hours rotation.
  • Contact Center experience in a team environment, working to tight deadlines.
  • Microsoft Certification and/or training highly regarded but not essential.
  • Availability to work local Public Holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an agile and adaptable mindset.
