Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk team to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, respond to their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of front desk staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Financial Management: Manage the front desk budget, control expenses, and maximize revenue.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to front desk staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading a team.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in hotel management software.
