Junior Service Desk Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our Global Service Desk Team at Wyndham Destinations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal staff and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 support through various business interactions, including phone, email, and self-service.
- Resolve Level 1 incidents within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 teams.
- Develop and document IT procedures for training purposes.
- Provide remote IT training for new and current staff and systems.
- Work on special projects as assigned by the Service Desk Manager.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shift work and after-hours rotation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (fluency required).
- IT skills and experience preferred but not essential.
- Microsoft Certification and/or training highly regarded.
