Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our Global Service Desk Team at Wyndham Destinations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal staff and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 support through various business interactions, including phone, email, and self-service.
  • Resolve Level 1 incidents within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 teams.
  • Develop and document IT procedures for training purposes.
  • Provide remote IT training for new and current staff and systems.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by the Service Desk Manager.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shift work and after-hours rotation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (fluency required).
  • IT skills and experience preferred but not essential.
  • Microsoft Certification and/or training highly regarded.
