The SAP CPIT CS CTG Unified Communication Technologies team is responsible for delivering comprehensive collaboration and telephony services globally, leveraging Microsoft Teams as a managed service. Our specialists are tasked with supporting and overseeing emerging communication technologies, ensuring a robust, high-quality service that enhances productivity for SAP employees.
We embrace a trust-based working model, allowing for flexible work arrangements with managerial approval.

As a valued team member, you will:
- Work from an SAP office on a flexible schedule.
- Identify, address, and resolve intricate issues.
- Analyze non-standard items and provide professional recommendations.
- Share insights and best practices to enhance future initiatives.
- Assist in monitoring service quality and generating service reports.
- Communicate complex scenarios in an understandable manner and provide training to end-users as needed.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop strategies that meet customer requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in IT operations or service management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude and a strong team player mentality.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with carriers and service providers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams enterprise and telephony operations.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a virtual team setting.
- Accountability in decision-making processes.
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Teams and O365.
- Basic understanding of networking technologies.
