Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cargo Services and Operations Coordinator to join our team in Mexico City, MX. As a key member of our cargo operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of cargo operations, providing excellent customer service, and meeting company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support cargo reservations and bookings, providing timely and accurate information to customers
  • Monitor and coordinate with ground handling agents to ensure efficient cargo handling and minimize delays
  • Prepare and review flight documentation, including customs clearance and freighter catering arrangements
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as SAP coordination and crew administration
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the cargo industry, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Spanish language
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and travel privileges on Cathay Pacific Airways Global Network.
