Job Title: Facilities and Services Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage facilities and services in our office and warehouse locations. This role involves overseeing the administration of facilities personnel, coordinating maintenance activities, and planning facility upgrades.

About the Role:
  • Manage facilities staff in Cuautitlán Izcalli and ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate regular and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement plans for upgrading plant, office, and production equipment layouts to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with architecture and engineering firms to design and develop facility layout and detail drawings.
  • Analyze bids and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition projects.
  • Evaluate design costs, including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related expenses.
  • Inspect construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Develop performance specifications to meet unique operating requirements and building codes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, architecture, design, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Availability to work at assigned locations.
  • 80% of time spent in assigned locations, with the remaining 20% working from home.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with SAP software.
  • Additional availability to work overtime.
Soft Skills:
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
