**About the Role:**
The Senior Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, improving service levels, and driving business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute account activities, including backlog management and forecasting. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Account Managers to plan and execute account strategies;
- Developing and implementing plans to improve customer satisfaction and retention;
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account activities;
- Liaising with support teams to resolve complex issues;
- Supporting process improvements to standardized operational procedures;
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant work experience (3+ years) in a similar role;
- SAP or Salesforce system knowledge;
- Proficiency with MS Office applications;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
**What We Offer:**
