Job Title: Fire Suppression Sales Manager Mexico

About the Role:

This role is focused on actively selling to and managing Suppression accounts within Mexico. You will support existing distribution and establish new one in this territory, aligning with cross-functional teams to effectively manage this territory. Your main focus will be defining a sales strategy and assessing market and distribution needs for Foam and Engineered systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze new business opportunities and develop sales plans to acquire new business in line with company strategies and growth objectives.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and facility owners to define product specifications and ensure 100% acceptance of products by owners and distributors.
  • Present products to customers to achieve customer acceptance of the value-added proposition attached our products and services.
  • Develop annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans detailing concepts and actions necessary to achieve business growth opportunities consistent with overall growth objectives.
  • Participate with other sales teams in sharing marketing intelligence about product opportunities that will grow sales.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or similar, with at least 5 years' experience in Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm or Fire Protection industry. Proficiency in MS Office Platforms, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience using Salesforce to track and measure accounts are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present in front of large audiences, strong leadership characteristics, organization and time management skills, and bilingual in Spanish and English are also essential.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
