Customer Relationship Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager at TE Connectivity, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to build trust with customers, and have a deep understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to expand our products and services
- Sell the value propositions of TE products and services, leveraging technical expertise and market knowledge to drive sales growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including channel partners and internal stakeholders, to achieve business objectives
- Manage commercial aspects of customer interactions, including price and contract negotiations, quotations, and offer preparation
- Document program activity and track sales performance using relevant systems and tools
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or account management capacity
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Familiarity with product or industry knowledge is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and business goals
