The Talent Management Analyst at Johnson Controls is responsible for providing expert support to employees, managers, and HR professionals regarding learning and development topics and performance management. This includes responding to inquiries from various stakeholders, such as Learning Coordinators, Instructors, and vendors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal employees across the USA, Canada, Mexico, and LATAM regions, with some global support for APAC and EMEA regions.
• Develop and maintain Learning & Development Training Reports using advanced reporting tools.
• Manage employee registrations and administration for various training activities, including E-Learning, Instructor-led Courses, and Virtual Classes.
• Create and manage DC-3 and DC-4 documents for Mexico's STPS, ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including training coordinators, trainers, and managers.
• Standardize, map, and document area processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or Communications.
• Desirable experience in HR Service Centers or HR Operations.
• High English proficiency, with the ability to deliver presentations and coordinate work teams in English. Other languages, such as French or Portuguese, are also desirable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on multiple activities and systems simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop partnerships with customers.
• Desirable experience in core HR operations processes and Workday/ServiceNow.
