As a key member of our brand team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and brand awareness for Marias Gamesa, our leading brand in the C&C category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and brand awareness for Marias Gamesa
  • Support the development of the brand agenda, including the culinary strategy and internal community and support group for mothers in PepsiCo
  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives to reach AOP objectives, including communication in POS, off and on media
  • Support the creation of the innovation strategy and execute the launch of new products
  • Analysis and control of information and category indicators, including monthly and weekly analysis of Nielsen and ISCAM data
  • Develop and execute brand strategies in POS, promotions, and activations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Administration
  • Intermediate-Advanced English language skills
  • Required knowledge of Nielsen and ISCAM
  • Prior experience in Consumer Packaged Goods companies, brand teams, communication, or marketing agencies
  • Analytical thinking, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership skills to influence different areas and teams
  • Proactivity and ability to balance different priorities
  • Effective communication skills
