Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager LATAM to lead our sales efforts in the Latin America region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating relationships with potential clients.

Job Description

  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth in the Latin America region.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to close deals.
  • Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay ahead of the competition, identifying trends and opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Information Technology and Services industry.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and within a team.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
