Latin America Business Strategist

As a Sr. Manager, you will orchestrate a lean & coherent end to end Strategic thinking and business planning process for the region, working cross-functionally with global offices and partnership with Finance teams.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven decision-making capability, talented in initiating and leading change, complemented by excellent communication skills and a dedication to elevating organizational achievements through adept stakeholder management and strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build ONE consistent & comprehensive growth agenda around GREAT to drive a unique System engagement and alignment.
- Cultivate and sustain rapport with essential stakeholders to guarantee strategic plan support and concurrence.
- Direct cross-functional teams towards the accomplishment of strategic goals via informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Consulting companies, in strategic planning roles
- Demonstrated decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate complex information, weigh alternatives, and make strategic choices that drive organizational success.
- A strong history of effective stakeholder management, with an emphasis on building and fostering relationships across all organizational levels.
