Customer Success Associate

Are you enthusiastic about leveraging your expertise in a leading organization renowned for its innovative content and technology? Do you possess a background in managing renewal and upsell strategies for established accounts? Are you driven by the potential for unlimited commissions? If so, this opportunity may be ideal for you.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the Global Accounts Team, focusing on supporting significant accounts in Latin America. Your objective will be to assist clients in maximizing the value of their subscriptions. By understanding their requirements, you will deliver solutions that align with their business objectives and enhance their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Associate, your duties will include:

Ensuring the retention and renewal of all assigned accounts through proactive management and timely fulfillment of contractual commitments. Assessing customer needs and offering tailored solutions to boost satisfaction and loyalty. Providing expert support to resolve challenges and enhance the customer experience. Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships. Collaborating with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure cohesive communication and alignment. Leading initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Gathering feedback and insights to guide product development and improvement strategies. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to customer success, such as churn rate, net promoter score (NPS), and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

You will be a strong candidate for this position if you possess:

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success management, sales, or account management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience engaging with C-level executives. Proficiency in account management and contract negotiation. Familiarity with MS Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proven ability to build strong relationships and establish trust with clients. A history of meeting and exceeding performance targets. Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
