About the Role:

As a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Customer Success Executive, you will play a critical role in driving renewal and upsell opportunities for assigned geographies and/or leads assigned as part of a pooled resource group.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Closing renewals and upsell opportunities through effective engagement with customers.
  • Validating customer needs, shaping product plans, and driving sales to close.
  • Supporting the development and execution of territory growth strategies.
  • Possessing core knowledge across products within the subsegment and engaging Sales Specialists where deep product expertise is required.
  • Understanding specific customer archetypes and needs prevalent within the subsegment and territory.
  • Driving retention and achieving renewal targets by engaging existing customers during the renewal window.
  • Utilizing an automated and insight-driven Salesforce workflow to progress deals.
  • Nurturing opportunities and moving more renewals outside the 'digital first' selling scenarios to close for existing 'non-named' account renewals and existing 'non-named' incremental sales (upsell).
About You:

We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in accounts retention, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a customer-obsessed, proactive, and curious approach to work.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar activities.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to conduct self in a professional manner.
  • Ability to learn new knowledge and acquire new skills rapidly.
  • Motivated and competitive with a positive attitude.
