About the Position

As a Customer Success Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the retention and renewal of all designated accounts while managing them proactively, including the timely fulfillment of contractual commitments.
  • Identifying customer requirements and delivering tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Offering expertise and assistance to address challenges and elevate the customer experience.
  • Spotting opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to foster revenue growth and customer expansion.
  • Working collaboratively with various departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to maintain alignment and effective communication.
  • Leading initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • Gathering feedback and insights to guide product development and enhancement efforts.
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success, including churn rates, net promoter scores (NPS), and customer satisfaction metrics.

About You

You are an ideal candidate if you possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success management, sales, or account management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in account management and contract negotiations.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and internet applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to cultivate strong relationships and build trust with clients.
  • A proven history of meeting and exceeding targets and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
