Sales Development Representative

BrandSafway, a leading provider of specialized services to the global industrial, commercial and infrastructure markets, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Apodaca, Nuevo León branch.
We are a corporation of 35,000 employees with operations in more than 35 countries. Our company delivers access and scaffolding systems, forming and shoring, industrial services and related solutions to more than 32,000 customers worldwide.
About the JobThis role will provide a valuable opportunity to gain exposure to sales leadership, customer insights into various end markets and the potential of advancement within the company.
- Verify project-specific details, utilizing diverse data sources, and identify potential customers.
- Assist in developing a market plan for local customers and update monthly sales report metrics.
- Support lead-to-opportunity dispositioning for local customers.
- Conduct research to stay informed about market trends, new projects, and emerging markets and proactively keep the region leadership team informed.
- Filter and distribute leads to respective Branch Managers and Sales Reps.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A keen interest in market analysis, with a curiosity for understanding industry trends and dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating under the supervision of Sales Leadership Team.
- Eagerness to learn about business development strategies and contribute to their implementation.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with cold calling for effective client engagement.
The estimated salary for this position is around $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
