Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Collections Specialist to join our team at AT&T Mexico. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues related to overdue account payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Utilize negotiation skills to resolve overdue account payments and achieve collection goals.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Requirements
- Advanced conversational English skills to communicate effectively with U.S. customers.
- Previous experience in customer care, billing, collections, or similar roles is highly desired.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during operation hours from 7:00 am to 9:15 pm CST, Monday to Friday.
- Ability to work in the office 100% of the time.
