As a Media Strategy Analyst at Monks, you will play a crucial role in supporting media strategy leads with tactical media research and planning. Your responsibilities will include executing audience insights, creating presentation templates, organizing campaign deliverables, and exploring partner relationships for both digital and offline media. Attention to detail and organization will be key to success in this role as you will organize media proposals, ensure timely and accurate client deliverables, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum impact through holistic media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely campaign launch and execution.
  • Support vendor and partner relationships, and source new relationships.
  • Execute audience research and insights using media planning tools.
  • Support development of media strategies ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend optimizations as necessary to enhance results.
  • Collaborate on tactical media plans and executions with digital and offline leads.
  • Estimate campaign performance and project KPI values to anticipate media impact.
  • Organize data for reporting, insights organization, and client communication.
  • Encourage an environment of transparency and collaboration across teams and specialities.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in media.
  • Familiarity of local Brazilian market and regional considerations.
  • Cross-functional exposure to various media types (digital and offline).
  • Experience with media planning tools such as Comspoint, Kantar, GWI, TGI, etc.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and make strategic media connections.
