Job Overview

The Grocery team is a new vertical launched by DiDi, and we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive - Ecommerce and Business Development to join our commercial team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring key merchants for our grocery vertical, building relationships with potential clients, and presenting value offers to drive growth to our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and visit clients to diagnose their needs and requirements.
  • Build and present value offers for potential merchants and/or brands.
  • Handle objections, identify common points, and emphasize agreements to reach a positive closing of the account.
  • Become a partner of allied merchants, identifying decision makers, and establishing business relationships with a win-win mentality.
  • Make weekly progress reports, ensuring accurate data and internalizing relevant market information for company decision-making.
  • Meet and exceed expectations and commitments with allies by providing excellent service, carrying out detailed and personalized follow-ups, and mobilizing the company towards an excellent service.
  • Prioritize opportunities in your territory, develop a work system, and implement action plans to achieve performance metrics and established objectives.

Requirements

  • Graduates in Admin Economic - Administrative fields.
  • 1-3 years of commercial experience, focusing on the acquisition of new customers.
  • English and Spanish proficiency.
  • Experience working in start-up environments or tech companies (desired).
  • Experience in retail or CPG companies, e-commerce oriented.
