Technical Customer Engagement Lead

The Digital Customer Engagement Manager (DCEM) is responsible for end-to-end customer engagement and delivery of contractual agreements and services for SAP Cloud. This role involves:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Designing and implementing customer-centric solutions to improve engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Contractual Agreement Management: Ensuring seamless execution of contractual agreements, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- SAP Cloud Service Delivery: Providing expert-level support for SAP Cloud services, including technical assistance, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
