Culture Marketing Specialist Role

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

The Culture Marketing Specialist is responsible for translating the global culture marketing strategy into a national strategy, creating a locally relevant and innovative program. Key tasks include developing new concepts and ideas, evaluating the effectiveness of existing programs, and aligning with media business entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Realize selected culture marketing initiatives and projects as part of the overall marketing plan.
  • Establish and maintain long-term culture, dance, and music platforms.
  • Negotiate and secure relevant music rights to ensure all created content can be utilized via our media business.
  • Work closely together with sales, communications, and brand departments.
  • Develop an opinion leader network and event program across key cultural scenes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economy, engineering, marketing, or related areas.
  • At least 3 years of experience, ideally in a music/culture-related environment, allowing a vast understanding of the culture landscape.
  • Experience dealing with artists and related entities (labels, management, etc.).
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong management skills: leading external agencies and freelancers.
