Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing sustainable relationships with companies, positioning Clara as the leading spend management company, and managing and prospecting new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive business growth
- Position Clara as the go-to spend management solution for companies in Latin America
- Manage and prospect new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute sales and marketing plans
- Serve as the commercial contact for existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as a Key Account Manager (KAM) or Customer Success Manager in a B2B model
- Structured thinking and a focus on results
- English language proficiency
- Innovative mindset and ability to adapt to changes
- Experience in the financial, banking, or insurance sector is a plus
- Ability to develop strong relationships at the C-level of enterprise companies
