Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our HR Department based out of our Queretaro office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and administration of base and variable compensation programs for multiple geographical locations.
Key Responsibilities- Compensation Program Development: Support the development and administration of base and variable compensation programs for multiple geographical locations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Provide ongoing coaching through the annual Performance Management Review process and KPI/goal setting for LATAM, ensuring employees are aligned with corporate objectives.
- Benefits Administration: Manage the execution and administration of the organization's compensation policies, including pay for performance and incentive programs, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Compensation Analysis: Deliver analytical analysis on internal compensation to make recommendations that influence business decisions, ensuring a competitive market position.
- Performance Improvement: Provide advice and coaching on performance management issues, partnering with stakeholders to address performance gaps and facilitate discussions to assess appropriate action.
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with demonstrated abilities in managing compensation and performance.
- Excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Workday integration experience (preferred).
- Experience with incentive programs, short- and long-term incentive plans is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task, plan, organize, and prioritize work.
