Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will embody the core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence, serving as a trusted business partner to senior management and directors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely information and assistance to regional leadership
  • Assisting the Human Resources Director in various tasks and projects
  • Overseeing the pre-employment screening and onboarding process, ensuring seamless transitions for new employees
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns
  • Maintaining timely communication with employees and documentation, adhering to country-specific laws and regulations
  • Entering new employee data into internal HR systems and providing required documentation to payroll
  • Completing new hire checklists and creating personnel files in accordance with established processes and compliance requirements
  • Assisting with employee changes, promotions, and terminations, preparing necessary paperwork
  • Coordinating annual leave requests and addressing worker's employment relation needs
  • Actively participating in departmental process improvements, suggesting ideas for increased efficiency and employee engagement
  • Contributing to special projects and reporting, taking ownership of assigned tasks
  • All other duties as assigned by management

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • The ability to interact effectively across all levels and diverse cultures
  • An effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work attentively to detail and accuracy, being self-motivated and results-driven
  • Proven ability to work independently under time constraints and deadlines, demonstrating customer service orientation
  • Willingness to pursue best practices and process improvements, multitasking and organizing workload for effective implementation
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office

Working Conditions:

This role requires the physical and mental capacity to perform all essential functions, including exposure to sensitive and confidential information, regular computer usage, occasional reaching and lifting of small objects, and frequent sitting. Travel may be required, as needed.
