Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Rooms team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies to meet or exceed brand standards and customer expectations
  • Monitor and analyze service issues and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work with the Rooms team to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the brand's business strategy
  • Review and audit expenses to ensure cost control and efficiency
  • Monitor Rooms operations sales performance against budget and take corrective action as needed
  • Coach and support operations team to effectively manage occupancy and rate, wages and controllable expenses
  • Ensure that employees understand expectations and parameters for Room duties and foster a culture of excellent service
Requirements
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
