Job Description:
As a Technical Service Specialist at Philips, you will play a critical role in supporting the technical needs of our customers. Your primary goal will be to provide maintenance and installation services for our HealthTech products and services, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by identifying opportunities to support our customers further and deliver value.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and operation of imaging medical equipment, with a focus on First Time Right ensuring a clear action plan and preparation, with parts (if required), and diagnosis before the onsite visit.
- Keep a record of every client visit according to Philips procedures, including visits, spare parts, equipment diagnostics, and equipment history records.
- Maintain a good relationship with clients by providing technical support, troubleshooting, and escalation support, communicating solutions or actions, taking ownership, and acting in accordance with our regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in imaging equipment maintenance, with a preference for ultrasound experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, electronic systems engineering, mechatronics, instrumentation and control engineering, biomedical, or medical electronic.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Software applications, as well as Intermediate English overall level.
- Competent IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service essential.
