About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team in SSLatam.

Job Summary

This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong commercial and business development background, with excellent leadership and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Partnerships team in SSLatam, focusing on growing and developing new business and current partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the commercial team in SSLatam
  • Set the strategic agenda of the Partnerships team in SSLatam, including setting goals and objectives according to business targets
  • Develop and manage forecast for all wishlist negotiations (partners and prospects) in SSLatam, with a special focus on game-changers (T1 accounts)
  • Work closely with our partners to identify opportunities to build joint business plans to unlock our partners' growth
  • Influence and manage C-level relationships within the fitness sector (associations, suppliers)
  • Serve as an advisor and influencer to support the decision-making processes of our partners' businesses (strategy, expansion, acquisitions, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities to improve commercial conditions to drive more volume to our partners and increase profitability in our marketplace by working closely with the Commercial Finance and Value Management team
  • Improve user experience by driving integration agenda with our key partners
  • Understand the organization's global strategy and use this knowledge cross-functionally to help increase our value to our partners
