Strategic Partnerships Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Executive to manage, activate, and evaluate Marriott's commercial partnership portfolio in CALA. The ideal candidate will develop new partnerships with key organizations across CALA markets, driving revenue growth and positioning the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty program.
Key Responsibilities- Manage existing partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization
- Develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and align initiatives with internal teams
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to secure resources and support partner activities
- Analyze business trends, benchmark competitors, and identify key industry trends
- Strong relationship management, business development, or partner marketing experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication, planning, and analytical skills
- Able to work effectively with various management-level associates throughout the organization
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (based on experience)
