The Partnerships and Account Manager will be responsible for revenue plans and targets for the Institutional product portfolio. This role will involve client relationships, client satisfaction, and working closely with Product Managers to address customer needs and promote additional products.
Key Responsibilities
- Upsell and cross-sell other ETS products to existing clients
- Manage contract negotiations and agreements with associations and partnerships
- Develop strategies to build brand awareness and gain access to decision makers
- Work with Product Managers and Marketing teams to develop innovative sales and marketing ideas
- Participate in conferences and business events to represent ETS and promote products
- Generate, qualify, and nurture sales leads and build relationships with prospective clients and partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of combined experience in client management, business development, sales, consulting, or marketing
- Extensive Institutional Sales/B2B experience
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of audiences
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver effective responses and product solutions to clients
