At MCI Jobs, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with the ability to quickly learn and understand our products and services
