About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead our dealership operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire dealership operations, developing and implementing operational strategies, and monitoring and improving overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the entire dealership operations, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with the company's goals, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Monitor and improve overall performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence, driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Lead and motivate the team to drive performance, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Manage budgets and financial planning, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial management.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the retail/dealership sector, with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and industry regulations, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Solid understanding of operations and financial planning, with the ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
