- Sales Planning: Oversee the implementation of sales plans, including business development, marketing, and product management, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Agreement Negotiation: Negotiate customer agreements, ensuring global resource linkage and alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Talent Development: Identify, coach, and groom top talent, developing employees as organizational resources and driving a culture of inclusion and diversity.
