About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Operations Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the implementation and optimization of sales processes and digital tools to increase efficiency and productivity of our sales teams. The successful candidate will generate reports and analysis to provide strategic information to the sales teams, work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of processes and objectives, and collaborate in the design of incentive and compensation programs for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation and optimization of sales processes and digital tools to increase efficiency and productivity of the sales teams.
- Generate reports and analysis to provide strategic information to the sales teams.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of processes and objectives.
- Collaborate in the design of incentive and compensation programs for the sales team.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in agile methodologies, SCRUM (preferable).
- Assertive communication, ability to influence.
Benefits
