Job Title: Sales Admin Mexico

At Genesys, we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Admin Mexico. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide back-office support to the sales team, including maintaining office archives, handling confidential information, and designing filing systems.
  • Control correspondence for the sales organization, file and retrieve corporate documents, and write communications in response.
  • Partner with procurement to manage office materials and other needs.
  • Serve as the point of contact for external contacts, providers, and internal personnel.
  • Responsible for receiving customers, providers, partners, or visitors in Genesys offices.
  • Support all sales office operations, including managing and maintaining the schedule of the Country Director.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, statements, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or PPT.
  • Read and analyze incoming documentation, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Primary local contact for local accountants, local layers, and payroll.
  • Office expenses, revision, approvals, and payment follow-up.
  • Suppliers contact: quotations, budget management, and approvals.
  • Internal events (QBR, with clients, MKT).
  • Amex: main contact with executives, expenses control, and payments.
Qualifications:
  • 4 years of direct experience in executive assistance and back office.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Can Do attitude and team player with proven ability to influence others.
