Strategic Sales Operations Specialist

As a Strategic Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in reshaping industries and transforming cities by coordinating the implementation and optimization of sales processes and digital tools. Your goal will be to increase the efficiency and productivity of our sales teams through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales process improvements to enhance sales team performance
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of processes and objectives
- Design and coordinate incentive and compensation programs for the sales team
- Act as the point of contact for business units to coordinate necessary automations and digitalization
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Experience in agile methodologies, SCRUM (preferable)
- Assertive communication, ability to influence
