Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled National Channel Partner Developer to join our team at Walter Tools SA de CV. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for maintaining strategic relationships with our designated Key Channel Partners and driving sales growth of our products and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Account decision-makers at all levels.
  • Contribute to commercial action plans and strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Execute Channel Partner programs and initiatives to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Liaise with Key Account company members, field sales, and WMX resources to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Develop and recommend programs and practices to support Key Account development, including discounts and training initiatives.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and present effectively.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of manufacturing procedures, finances, and logistics.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution marketplace, with a proven track record of success in Key Account management.
  • Ability to work independently in a home office or virtual office environment, with a strong focus on time management and organizational skills.
